The Sugallat Tender Alert sends you weekly email updates of new Hungarian public procurement notices published in EKR and TED matching your keywords and CPV codes, complete with direct links to the official notices.
Why set up an alert
Enter your email address and the keywords you want to track. Our system sends a weekly email digest of newly published public procurement notices in your sector across Hungary.
Wondering what the weekly alert looks like? .
Sources
We draw from two official sources. Hungarian procedures reaching EU thresholds are sourced from the open database of TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), while national-regime procedures come directly from EKR (the Hungarian electronic public procurement system). We monitor every published procurement notice across both sources, rather than just a selective sample.
Timing
We send an email once a week containing new procurement notices published in the previous week that match your criteria. Each notice is featured in your alert only once.
Matching logic
Keywords match against the notice title and subject matter case-insensitively. CPV codes are only available for TED notices, as EKR open data does not include CPV classification. National-regime procedures are therefore matched exclusively by your keywords, so we recommend entering both keywords and CPV codes.
Keywords
Contracting authorities phrase tender subjects in many different ways. A word stem such as “renovat” matches “renovation”, “renovating”, and “building renovation”, whereas the full phrase “building renovation” matches only that exact wording. We recommend entering several concise word stems rather than a single long phrase.
CPV codes
The Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) is arranged in a hierarchical tree. If you specify code 45000000 (Construction work), every subcategory beginning with 45 matches — from bridge construction to roofing. If your business focuses on a specialised niche, choose a more granular subcode to avoid irrelevant notices. You can look up codes in our CPV code search tool and add them to your alert with a single click.

Yes. All national-regime procurement notices published in EKR (the Hungarian electronic public procurement system) are included. Low-value procurements below public procurement thresholds that are conducted without a public notice are not published anywhere publicly, and therefore cannot be included in any alert service.
Because EKR open data does not contain CPV codes. To capture Hungarian national-regime procedures, always enter relevant keywords alongside your CPV codes.
Both underlying databases are public and freely searchable: notices exceeding EU thresholds can be searched directly on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), and Hungarian national-regime notices are available on EKR (the Hungarian electronic public procurement system). The advantage of our tender alerts is that you do not need to manually check both portals every day, and your search profile remains active for three months, renewable with a single click.
The Sugallat Tender Alert is primarily a weekly digest, but our experts may also reach out directly with promising opportunities and suggestions tailored to your field. In-depth suitability analysis across every notice is provided under our comprehensive tender monitoring in Hungary service.
