How is this data compiled?

All records are drawn daily directly from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the official online portal for European public procurement.

Contract Values

The financial figures in the histogram represent net contract values from Contract Award Notices (CAN). Under Hungarian procurement law, estimated values in calls may remain confidential until bid opening; awarded contracts disclose actual market spend in 87% of cases.
