The conditions of the self-cleaning procedure under Kbt. Sections 62-64 (reparation, cooperation, prevention) described on the website must be satisfied by the economic operator itself. Sugallat supports the compilation of the application, the organisation of evidence and the preparation of compliance documentation. The legal acts prescribed by the Kbt. (payment of compensation, cooperation with investigating authorities, implementation of preventive measures) are performed by the economic operator.
